CTS aims to increase the number of General Practitioners and New Zealand Registered Nurses of Pacific ethnicity in General Practice. It hopes to achieve this by promoting General Practice to medical students and nursing students, return to nursing Nurses, Hospital Nurses, Registered Medical Officers, Registrars and GP Locums.

Clinical Training Support (CTS) is a service provided by Bader Drive Healthcare (BDH). This is a partnership with the Ministry of Health, the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) & TaPasefika PHO.
